  • In this part of the micro course, you will be briefly introduced to generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the role that it can play in business management and across functional business units, especially in the context of analysing data sets to make informed decisions.
  • You will also be introduced to the value of data-driven decision making in a cross-functional business context.
  • In addition, you will explore ways in which generative AI can assist managers in making sound business decisions.
  • You will learn to set up GPT4 as a particularly powerful tool to use in data analysis, although you will also be exposed to other generative AI tools that may be useful in this context.
  • By the end of Part 1, you will be able to evaluate the usefulness of business insights drawn from AI generated data analysis.
